My mother-in-law, with a leg ulcer for more than two years, with antibiotics, creams and nothing cured it. I gave her a spray with CDS and told her to lie down as many times as she could. After more than a month and days she was completely healed.
To me, the peripheral vascular disease present in the first picture also looks much better in the second.
