Easy to make, easy to consume, easy on my system. I couldn't think of anything better for my bodies health. This purchase was to replace my last purchase of a few years back. Once your comfortable consuming it, it's a GREAT way to stabilize your system and is a comfortable, effective way to cleanse your insides.
