I got a lot of pain in 2008 in muscle, tendons and joints with stiffness and swelling. So strong that I could not make my fingers into a fist, tooth brushing in the morning was an ordeal, actually everything in the morning. I had to get up two hours earlier and then to be reasonably fit.
I was looking for relief, but found only Teufgelskralle, glucosamine and Contriotin. Although it helped, but only moderately.
