I’ve been using MMS1 off and on for approximately 3 years at different strengths as well. It has cured skin issues that arise, I haven’t had a UTI in years and was getting them regularly back then. Tooth infections, I gas my mouth, rinse and spit and my dental hygienist even commented last appointment that my gums look very healthy.
If I feel like I’m getting a cold I start taking them and never get that cold/virus.
I do frequently diffuse a small amount in my diffuser with other oils and we haven’t gotten even a cold this winter. Side note, my plants love them as well.
