Translated from German
I would like to encourage you and therefore share a bit of my own journey.
I have been taking antidepressants for over 20 years. Fluvoxamine and most recently sertraline for a year.
Reasons: depression, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, autism.
I was voluntarily inpatient in the psychosomatic and trauma ward for a total of almost 9 months.
I also stopped taking antidepressants from time to time without success.
My ambition: I finally want to live. Live simply.
I've known CDL for a long time.
I have been using the chats here since March of this year:
- Protocol C
- Borax stock solution
- Have vitamin D determined and topped up
thus daily D3, K2, magnesium, magnesium oil
Alternating:
- CD bath or foot bath
- Magnesium bath or foot bath
- Baking soda bath or foot bath
- CDL enema
- I do -the work-, presented by Mr. Betz, the end of all problems
- CBD oil gold and green
- I drink sea water every day
- Zeolite
- three months of spirulina did something good for me
I have reduced the dose of antidepressants by 1/4 monthly and have been free of antidepressants for months
I continue to gain a lot of knowledge from the groups here and this knowledge gives me courage and confidence
I have happy moments and am generally happy with myself - without the pills and with my new path - for myself -
It makes me feel free and - for me - that I have broken out of the psychological/neurological setting to no longer just find causes for problems and follow general therapies (never completely tailored to me, as everyone is different). , but now to accumulate knowledge and listen to my body and mind and actively make and feel the changes
My path is still long (everyone has a lot of work to do) but I have a lot of confidence and joy in this - finally
