These past 10 months I have had increased arrythmia and a dry cough. At its worst, I had to resort to a wheel chair because the exhaustion was debilitating. It was imperative that I travel to assist my sister in a medical crisis so I put off going to the doctor as I felt compelled to be there for her. I decided to order the set of MMS and Activator and have it sent to me out of state. I started with 1drop each as soon as it arrived and then one more dose an hour later. I had improvement in symptom reduction within 1 day by 75% even though I could only get in 2-3 doses per day. I was able to work up to 3 drops each. Once I returned home, I did 3 drops each, 8 x day, for 21 days. I took a break for a few days because I was getting tired of the protocol. When I started up again a few days later, I switched to nebulizing (dose is still being adjusted) and oral 2 x day at 2 drops each per dose. My symptoms are about 85-90% better and am able to walk and climb stairs. Yes, I still have a ways to go but am so grateful for mms! (Nebulizing is amazing.) Thank you, thank you, thank you! RM
