Boy oh boy! Oral rinse makes for a clean mouth. I was able to relieve an abscess I had by rinsing. The simple way for me was 15 drops of part A and b in water and rinse. No particular measurements just 15 drops each, water and rinse my mouth. 2 -3x a day.
