Good morning everyone, I have had canker sores in my mouth for over a week, which were painful and gradually becoming more extensive. When I returned home (I was travelling) I rinsed twice, one at 6pm and one at 11pm, pure CDS 3000ppm (it was probably a little weaker because it had been done for some time). Held in the mouth 15 sec. After two rinses, it was all gone. Really, I mean it all. I was amazed at the effectiveness. I've been drinking CDS irregularly for some time unfortunately, but used pure for canker sores it was a fantastic discovery.
You can dilute the CDS to around 200 ppm and accomplish the same thing. It might take 2-3 mouth rinses but it will lower the risk of irritating the oral mucosa.
