I've been using CDS for about a year and for me it took a few months before I noticed my asthma had gone, was using an inhaler every day but haven't needed it since. In fairness it's never been severe asthma for me and I'm sure everyone will have different results. I did the CDS starter protocol and now just take a maintenance dose of roughly 3 glasses a day.
