Cold Symptoms Eliminated Using a Diffuser

Well I recently used a diffuser previously from oils and put mms1 and distilled water. I didn't even know to use saline. Anyway ran it all night near my boys bed and they were both better in morning. Now they did not have a terrible cough. I did the same for myself and had more of a headache (maybe herx). Headache went away after mms1 bath.
