I cured arthritis in my hands and knees within three weeks by taking borax. I started with 1/4 teaspoon a day dissolved in water and drinking it throughout the day. Easy peasy! Now I just put a 1/4 tsp of borax in my morning coffee to be sure I always have boron in my system. For reference, 1/4 tsp of borax contains 112mg of boron. Women should take 1/8 tsp.
