I used to take 3 allergy meds a day. I could only wear gold or silers earrings, now 7 months later, I take NO allergy meds! And can wear any earrings i want!
Started with protocol 1000 and MMS nasal spray, and once a week 10 drop dose of MMS.
How wonderful to be off medications!

It was about 2 months for full allergy relief.
I took protocol 1000 for cL a week. Then the once a week. I take the nasal spray at least once a day, unless runny nose then I take that several times a day. My family thinks im nuts, but this really works.
I had a bout of a-fib and that really pushed me to MMS. It has been pretty awesome.

This is what she uses for a continued maintenance protocol to keep the allergies away.
1 liter of water with 10 activated drops once a week, usually on the weekends
